Mr. Schlosser has been with the Fitzgerald Schorr firm since beginning his legal career in 2000. Andy primarily advises insurance companies and other businesses when they are forced to resolve disputes through the court system. He works closely with claims adjusters, litigation managers, and small business owners to develop a comprehensive plan of attack for each case, paying particular attention to the total cost of litigation. Andy has successfully handled cases ranging from minor fender benders to complex multi-million dollar commercial claims. In addition to his litigation practice, Andy regularly advises small to mid-sized businesses on a variety of matters including entity formation, contract and lease negotiation, and franchising issues.Andy has earned an AV Preeminent® rating through the Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review process.
