Competent and knowledgeable, but communication could improve

Blythe Lollar represented our small business in a complex wage and hour dispute. Her background in employment law for management was evident, and her litigation experience from Butler Snow provided solid footing. We appreciated her strategic approach, which aligned with her recognized expertise. However, the process felt somewhat impersonal at times. Responses to emails could take several days, and we occasionally had to follow up for status updates. While the legal outcome was satisfactory, the client experience was just adequate. She is clearly a capable attorney, but managing client expectations more proactively would elevate her service.
