Competent but room for improvement

Chris Major handled a complex commercial litigation case for our business with a solid understanding of the legal nuances. His experience in mass tort litigation and class action defenses was evident in how he structured our defense strategy. However, communication during the process was inconsistent, and we often had to follow up for updates. The resolution was favorable, but the delays and lack of proactive communication left us feeling somewhat frustrated. While his expertise is undeniable, particularly in commercial litigation, we had hoped for a more personalized and timely approach. Recognized by his peers for his work in mass tort defenses, Chris is clearly capable, but his case management could be more attentive.
