Competent handling of a complex business dispute

Cristina Simón Amián at Thomás de Carranza Abogados provided solid legal representation for a contractual dispute between my small business and a supplier. Her nine years of general practice experience were evident, and her recognized background in arbitration was a key factor in our decision to hire her. She successfully navigated the mediation process, which saved considerable time and expense. The outcome was ultimately favorable. However, communication was sometimes slower than expected, with responses taking several days during critical phases. While her competence in tax-related aspects of the settlement was appreciated given her noted recognition, managing expectations on timelines and process could be improved. She is a capable attorney who achieved the primary goal, but the client experience felt somewhat transactional.
