He regularly represents healthcare companies in all aspects of their real estate operations, including the purchase and sale of commercial real estate and the development and leasing of medical office buildings and other healthcare-related facilities. David has also assisted borrowers in a number of large corporate financings, including syndicated senior revolving credit and term loan facilities and securitized real estate financings. In addition to his experience in the healthcare industry, he also represents clients in general corporate and partnership matters.David graduated from Arizona State University in 1993 with a B.S. in Economics. He received his law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School in 1996. He is a member of the Nashville, Tennessee and American Bar Associations (Business and Health Law Sections) and the American Health Law Association.
