Herb Weiss has extensive experience in the representation of real estate developers and entrepreneurs, builders, financial institutions and investors in real estate. He has lectured on real estate matters and participated in seminars for the University of Cincinnati College of Law, the University of Cincinnati College of Business Administration, the Ohio Real Estate Law Institute, the National Business Institute, Inc., and the Cincinnati Bar Association. Herb was an assistant attorney general of the State of Ohio from 1969-1971. Mr. Weiss has been a member by election to the American College of Real Estate Lawyers for more than 25 years. In 2009 he received the Robert L. Hausser Memorial Award from the Ohio State Bar Association for outstanding achievement, contribution and leadership in the practice of Real Property Law.
