I hired Jon Green after facing wrongful termination from my former employer. His 40 years of experience and recognition in employment law were evident; he understood the nuances of my case immediately. The legal strategy he developed was sound and professional. However, the process felt somewhat impersonal. There were periods where updates were sparse, and responses to emails could take several days, which added to my stress. While the outcome of my severance negotiation was ultimately fair, the communication flow didn't always match the expertise you'd expect from an attorney with his accolades. He is clearly knowledgeable, but managing client expectations is an area for improvement.
