Capable but could improve communication

Attorney Fitzgerald is competent in her practice areas, particularly in matters involving bankruptcy and creditor-debtor rights, where her recognition in these fields is well-deserved. She effectively navigated a complex debt restructuring case for me, demonstrating a solid understanding of the legal intricacies involved. However, I found her communication during the process to be inconsistent. While she was thorough in explaining legal strategies, follow-ups were often delayed, which added unnecessary stress to an already challenging situation. Her responsiveness to emails and calls improved as the case progressed, but I expected more timely updates given the time-sensitive nature of the matter. That said, her expertise in mediation and arbitration was evident in how she handled negotiations, ultimately securing a favorable outcome. If communication is a priority for you, I’d recommend confirming expectations upfront.
