Solid but mediocre representation

However, communication could be improved—sometimes responses were delayed, and follow-up was inconsistent. For a complex IP dispute, his expertise was valuable, but I had higher expectations for responsiveness and clarity. The final outcome was satisfactory, but not groundbreaking.
