Expert guidance on a complex construction dispute

Matt Feehan at Ogilvie LLP provided excellent representation for my small contracting company when we faced a significant payment dispute and a threatened builder's lien. His focused knowledge in construction law was immediately apparent. He clearly explained our rights and options, and his background in corporate and commercial litigation gave us confidence in his strategic approach. The matter was resolved favorably without needing to go to court. While his billing was transparent and fair, there were a couple of instances where email responses took a bit longer than expected during a busy period. Overall, Matt’s expertise from the University of Saskatchewan and his recognition in this field made him a valuable asset. I would confidently recommend him for business-related construction issues.
