Competent handling of our family trust, but communication was inconsistent

Matthias Bruse has clear expertise in succession planning, which was evident when he restructured our family's multi-generational trust. His 16 years of experience and past recognition in this field provided confidence. However, the process felt somewhat transactional. Responses to emails were thorough but often took several days, and we sometimes had to follow up for updates. For straightforward legal work, he is certainly capable, but if you value frequent, proactive communication, you may need to manage those expectations. The final documents were impeccable, but the client experience was merely adequate.
