Nathan graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and a Business minor in 2007. In 2011, he earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law. Nathan was admitted to the Iowa Bar in 2011 and thereafter, to the U.S.
Federal District Court for the Southern District of Iowa.Nathan is a well-seasoned advocate in a wide range of business and corporate law matters, including business formation, corporate governance, acquisitions and transactions, contract review, commercial litigation, and general business law. His clients range from small to large businesses that are primarily family-owned and employee-owned entities. Nathan is also experienced in a variety of family law matters, as he has extensive experience in all phases of dissolution and child custody cases, as well as real estate matters and wills and estates.
When not busy at the office, Nathan enjoys spending time with his wife and children in Johnston.
