Competent real estate counsel, but communication could improve

I engaged Robert Galbraith at Davidson Fink for a commercial lease negotiation. His deep experience in real estate law, spanning nearly four decades, was evident in his thorough review of the UCC-related clauses. He is clearly knowledgeable, and his firm's recognition in this area is well-deserved. However, for a managing partner, responsiveness was sometimes slower than expected, with follow-ups taking several days. While the final documents were solid, the process felt more transactional than collaborative. He is a capable attorney who achieved the necessary legal outcome, but the client experience was merely adequate.
