Competent estate planning, but communication could improve

I hired Mr. Parent to assist with updating my will and establishing a trust, given his long-standing recognition in Trusts and Estates law and his nearly four decades of experience with Stuart & Branigin. His knowledge of Indiana law is evident, and the final documents are thorough. However, the process felt somewhat impersonal. While I appreciated his expertise from IU Maurer, communication was not as prompt as I had hoped; responses to emails often took several days. For straightforward estate planning, he is certainly capable and his recognition is well-earned, but managing client expectations regarding timelines and accessibility could be better. The work was completed correctly, but the overall experience was just satisfactory.
