With over 50 years experience as a defense lawyer, Tom’s practice includes criminal matters, with an emphasis on federal and state commercial and white collar prosecutions. Over the course of his successful career, he has handled many of the more publicly notable cases in Arizona and has been recognized as one of Arizona’s most experienced jury trial counsel in both Federal and State jurisdictions. He is the recipient of the Arizona Attorneys for Criminal Justice John J. Flynn Lifetime Achievement Award and is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He was recently recognized as a 2013 Southwest Super Lawyer in Criminal Law.
