Rahl’s real estate practice includes assisting in the representation of owners and developers in the acquisition, disposition and development of various commercial assets including mixed-use, multifamily, office, retail and industrial properties. Her practice involves the preparation and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, conveyance instruments, deed and use restrictions, and the review of title documents, surveys, and other due diligence items. She also has experience in commercial and retail leasing matters, and zoning and land use.Ms.
